Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope you enjoy your time in Japan and have a comfortable stay. Please take a few minutes to read this guide to help keep the house enjoyable for everyone.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 2:00 PM
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

Shoes

Please remove your shoes at the entrance.

Quiet Hours

Please respect our neighbors.

Quiet hours:

9:00 PM – 8:00 AM

No loud music, shouting, or parties.

Smoking

🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Trash

Japan has strict recycling rules.

Please separate your waste into the appropriate bins:

• Burnable

• Plastic

• Cans & Bottles

If you’re unsure, simply leave the trash inside the house and we will sort it.

Towels

Before checking out, please place all used towels in the bathtub.

Kitchen

Feel free to use the kitchen.

Please:

Wash dishes after use.

Return utensils to their original place.

Do not pour oil down the sink.

Bathroom

Please keep the bathroom clean.

Do not flush anything except toilet paper.

Air Conditioning

Please turn off the air conditioner whenever you leave the house.

Keep doors and windows closed while it is running.

Wi-Fi

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The network name and password are displayed on the tablet.

Safety

In case of emergency:

Fire: 119

Ambulance: 119

Police: 110

Damage

Accidents happen.

Please let us know immediately if anything is damaged so we can resolve the situation quickly.

Before You Leave

Please make sure to:

✓ Turn off lights

✓ Turn off air conditioners

✓ Close all windows

✓ Lock the front door

✓ Place used towels in the bathtub

✓ Leave the keys as instructed
